In our facility everyone is charged with quality control and have the ability to stop production if quality is not up to our standard. Also, we practice the "Shewart Cycle"; Plan-Do-Study-Act. This policy allows us to improve on a continuous basis, always looking for ways to make things work better, never holding to the adage, "If it ain't broke don't fix it" because everything can be made better and change is the only way to improve.
We have invested heavily in technology, implementing many software programs and linking them all seamlessly together to create a smooth flow of information through our company. We even developed our Information Management software, Crows Nest which controls all information flow in our company.
We practice a true "Just in Time" program for material procurement that allows for low inventories and minimizes shrink. Also, by partnering with suppliers we are guaranteed to get not only the best price but also the highest quality materials for our projects.

Jim, The GPCU project has been very successful thus far. We will finish the casework installation this week. The quality of everything you produced has been excellent. The casework details have been correct (size, color, type, lables, etc…) and the boxes are dead square. We loaded and unloaded with what looks like zero damage.
