Steve is our Senior Project Engineer for Custom Source Woodworking, Inc. Steve is one of the owners and is responsible for engineering the most complex and detailed projects. Steve's experience in the woodworking industry began over 30 years ago.

Jim is President of Custom Source Woodworking, Inc. He is a co-founder of CSW and has overall executive responsibility for the Company with a specific focus on Sales and Project Management. Jim's experience in the woodworking industry began over 30 years ago.

Brian is the Engineering and Drafting Department Manager of Custom Source Woodworking, Inc. Brian has a decade of experience in the industry, specifically in project management and engineering.

Karen is the Controller for Custom Source Woodworking, Inc. Karen is a graduate from Oregon Institute of Technology with a B.A. in Accounting. Karen has over 20 years experience in Public Accounting and holds an Enrolled Agent license with the Internal Revenue Service.

Joe is Vice President of Custom Source Woodworking, Inc. He is a co-founder of CSW and has overall responsibility for the operations of the company. Joe has over 22 years experience in the woodworking industry.
